How many times do we wake up feeling unwell, have a headache or feel blue?

Your body is very clever and sends you signals every day but do you listen to them?

Or do you pop a pill, ignore the signs and carry on as normal?

It's REALLY important to pay attention to yourself and to give yourself a time out if you need it.

So next time you feel unwell, take a few moments to look after you.

Meditate, journal, massage, sleep in, or take the day off, do whatever you need to do.

Work and business are not as important as your health.
