We need to take care of ourselves before we can look after others. If you don’t take care of you then no one else will.
It’s so important for our relationship with ourselves to show ourselves love, compassion and care.
This morning I went for a stroll to Wimbledon Park, bumped into a neighbour & walked barefoot in the grass.
