You don't need to wake up like most of the population feeling gloomy.

Here are some mindset hacks to help you make the most of your Monday & the coming week.

Reframing is a great technique I use with my clients.

One of the ways we can do this is by saying a positive affirmation or Mantra.

Take 2-3 mins out of your day to focus on your breath, and say to yourself, ‘I love my life’, repeat this as many times as you can & see the day you want to have in your mind.

Make the picture really big, colourful and loud, really feel into it and believe that you love your life.

Then repeat this through the day.

Smile consciously at people as what you send back to the universe will come back to you.
