I was connected to Ani through my employer sponsored program which was aimed at helping leaders with development coaching to better equip them for new roles or roles with increasing leadership. When I first met Ani, I had one specific goal – help me overcome the feeling of brokenness and impacts of Imposter Syndrome. I was feeling depressed and anxious most of the time. I constantly questioned my value, impact, and contributions. Having lost many people who were my mentors, sponsors, and advocates in my company to retirements, I believed I was doomed for failure, and I had nowhere to turn. At the time of meeting Ani, I had absolutely no idea at the time of the profound impact Ani would have on my life professionally and personally!
Ani is an amazing coach who brings a whole life perspective to her coaching model. She believes that you cannot coach one, i.e., the employee, without addressing the person, i.e., wife, mother, etc., as both are synonymous with one another. Ani also would suggest readings tailored to my issues: “Overcome the eight barriers to Confidence” as one example. As we grew closer in our relationship Ani could sense when I would show up to a coaching call stressed and we would then spend a few minutes doing a meditation exercise to help me ground myself and let go of the negativity.
Personally, Ani helped me as a wife and mother by helping me to let go of trivial things that neither added nor subtracted from harmony in my home. I still use these strategies today.
If you find yourself stuck, confidence stricken, or just unsure of what to do from a professional and/or personal perspective, I strongly recommend that you contact Ani! It will be one of the best, if not the very best decision you will ever make for your life.
