About a year ago I got the chance to select Ani as my professional coach. Initially, I was looking for coaching to smooth some of my professional edges and help me become a more effective leader. As we went thru the coaching journey, this became a life changing transformation, that went well beyond my professional life and objectives, going deep into my personal life, emotions and core values. Working with Ani has surfaced aspects of myself that became dormant for some time, re-surfacing my true self, helping me crystalize my life objectives and giving me the tools I needed to cope with uncertainty, anxiety, fear and allowing me to improve both on the professional and personal sides and allowing me to develop better connections with others.

This experience made me a happier, more personable, and more connected person. I now have a better balance between work and personal life, became more effective, and am able to spend my time on what really matters for me. I feel like I am able to get the best out of myself, with the self-consciousnesses I have gained over this period, and the set of tools she gave me to understand and manage my emotions and focus on my core objectives.

This coaching experience has been incredibly rewarding, and Ani has a special talent for bringing out the best of yourself. She made it very easy to open up and feel in a safe zone allowing true self-reflection to happen.
